We start at 05:00 am from the hotel, by car we drive across the city of Manaus to the Adolpho Ducke Reserve (Natural Reserve). We are going up a tower on canopy layer for birds such as: macaws, toucan, parrots, trogons, barbets, woodpeckers, cotingas, tanagers, dacnises and raptors. We do the first sunrise in the Amazon and we will eat a regional breakfast after the tower. Right after breakfast we are heading to the SDR – Rio Negro (Sustainable Development Reserve), we will arrive in the SDR’s Lodge about 12:00 (noon), accommodation and meals. In the afternoon we are going by canoe to explore the Igapó vegetation to see the wildlife. We are going through the creeks and flooded forest, this area is considered a hotspot zone (a place for nocturnal animals), we are staying until dark for observing the animals. Dinner & Overnight!

At 05:30 am we leave by canoe for observing the wildlife, we are exploring the Várzea vegetation where sloth and monkeys are feeding. During this tour we also observe beautiful birds, our breakfast will be served at 08:30 am, still in the morning we are going to see the pink Dolphins (optional to interact with). Lunch will be served at 12:00 (noon), in the afternoon we will sight the wildlife on the high lands of Rio Negro, we explore a magnificent zone (an ecotone) where animals migrate laterally during the aquatic phase to search for fruits and nuts as well to socialize. Dinner and overnight!

At 07:00 am, breakfast will be served. Today we are going to access the greatest interfluvium of the Amazon basin, this trip will be taken you to visit a special ecological complex of the Amazon (Várzea and Terra firm rainforests). We are crossing through the Amazon river; our access will be to the forest of the Madeira/Purus rivers interfluve – 100km south – strongest geographic barrier of the Amazon. Lunch will be served at 12:00 (noon), in the afternoon we do a reconnaissance of the region and spot for wildlife. Dinner will be served at 07:00 pm, right after we make a tour by canoe for night animals. Accommodation in the Lodge!

Breakfast at 07:00 am, soon after we are going for walk at a pristine land (Primary Rainforest) to explore the wildlife and learn about the medicinal plants of the Amazon.  We walk through trails in the jungle to approach to the animals, plants, birds, insects, amphibians and learn about the biodiversity of this area. Lunch at 12:00 (noon), in the afternoon we are going to visit one of the native families to see their local products and to learn about their artifacts, to understand the ethnobotany and the traditional life of these indigenous people. Accommodation in the Lodge!

Early tour at 05:30 am, we leave by canoe to explore the great Várzea, this vegetation contains a dynamic jungle with canopy wildlife: monkeys, iguanas, sloths, boa constrictors, porcupine, coatis and plenty of birds. Breakfast will be served at 09:00 am, after breakfast we have free time.  Lunch will be served at 12:30 pm, we will be leaving the Lodge at 02:00 pm and on our return we are going to visit the meeting of the waters.  We have our private transportation on the way back to Manaus.
